Refund & Cancellation Policy

SunarOne is a subscription software service. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, you are not charged during the trial. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically at the price shown at sign-up.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing within the app. When you cancel:
- your subscription will not renew for the next billing period;
- you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current paid period you have already paid for;
- no further charges are made after cancellation.
3. Refunds
Because access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, we do not provide refunds for the unused or partial portion of a billing period once a subscription period has started. There are no pro-rata refunds on cancellation.
We will issue a refund in the case of a clear billing error — for example a duplicate charge or an amount charged after a valid cancellation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
4. How to request a refund or report a billing issue
Email support@sunarone.com with your account email and the payment reference. We acknowledge billing queries within 48 hours and aim to resolve them promptly.
