These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SunarOne (the “Service”), a software-as-a-service application operated by SunarOne (“SunarCode”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SunarOne provides cloud-based business management software for small and medium businesses, including point of sale, inventory and batch/expiry tracking, GST invoicing, accounting, demand forecasting, and an AI assistant, delivered over the web, mobile, and WhatsApp. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as stated at checkout) through our payment partner, Razorpay. Where a free trial is offered, you are not charged until the trial ends; the subscription then begins automatically unless cancelled before the trial expires. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service;
- upload malicious code or use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content;
- resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Service. We process it to provide the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any personal data of your customers or staff.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or for a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain or delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SunarCode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at the location of our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
