SunarOne is a digital software-as-a-service product. There is no physical shipment; the Service is delivered electronically.
1. Instant digital delivery
Access to the Service is provisioned instantly upon successful sign-up and, for paid plans, upon successful payment confirmation. You access the Service by logging in at our website with your account credentials — there is nothing to ship or physically deliver.
2. Confirmation
After sign-up and after a successful payment you will receive a confirmation email at the address on your account. Your plan and access are activated immediately.
3. If you don’t get access
If your account or paid features are not active within 1 business day of a successful payment, please contact us at support@sunarone.com and we will resolve it promptly.
4. Service availability
The Service is delivered over the internet and is available on the web, mobile, and WhatsApp. You are responsible for having a compatible device and internet connection.
