The AI assistant lets you run your shop by simply asking. Open AI Assistant from the sidebar and type a question in plain language — English or Hindi.
What to ask
- “What did I sell today?”
- “Which products are low on stock?”
- “Who owes me money?”
- “What’s expiring in the next 30 days?”
- “What should I reorder this week?”
- “Which products make me the most profit?”
It never makes up numbers
Every figure comes from your own real data. The assistant only summarises what your records actually say — if there’s no data for a question, it tells you so rather than guessing. It answers questions; it never changes your data on its own.
The assistant reads your business through a restricted, read-only path scoped to your shop. It can’t see other businesses’ data, and it can’t make changes. Learn more on the in-app Your data & AI page (linked from Settings).
Two ways to power the AI
Under Settings → AI engine:
- SunarOne-provided AI — the simplest option; nothing to configure.
- Your own key (BYOK) — bring your own provider (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, NVIDIA, or a custom endpoint) by entering its base URL, API key and model. Your key is stored encrypted.
Either way, answers stay grounded in your data.
Turning AI on or off
An owner can switch the assistant off entirely for the whole business under Settings → AI Assistant. When off, the assistant is hidden everywhere. The assistant page also shows a monthly usage meter so you can see how much you’re using it.
