Who can use thisOwner

Settings is where an owner configures the whole business. Here’s what each section does.

Business profile & GST

Your business name and type (changing the type re-tailors your menu), GSTIN and state (which sets the CGST/SGST vs IGST split), address, phone and email, your payment/UPI details shown on invoices, whether prices include tax, your timezone, and the hour your business day starts (so “today’s sales” match your counter).

AI Assistant & AI engine

• AI Assistant — a master on/off switch for AI across the whole business.
• AI engine — use SunarOne-provided AI, or bring your own key. See AI assistant.

WhatsApp

Connect your own WhatsApp Business number to send invoices and POs, and set a number for owner alerts. See WhatsApp.

Security

• Two-factor authentication (2FA) — protect your login with an authenticator app. Scan the QR code and confirm a code to enable; you can disable it later.
• Shift-code login — turn on off-hours staff control and set the default shift length. See Team & roles.

Support access

If you ask SunarOne support to look into an issue, you can grant a time-boxed, read-only window (1, 4 or 24 hours) for an operator to view your app — with money and personal details hidden — to reproduce the problem. You see a history of every session, and access ends automatically when the window closes. Nothing can be viewed without your consent.

Your data & account

• Export all your data as a JSON file at any time.
• Schedule account closure — a 30-day grace period you can cancel before it takes effect.
