Who can use thisOwner

Connect your shop’s WhatsApp Business number so invoices and purchase orders go out from your own number — the one your customers and suppliers already know.

Connect your number

Under Settings → Send invoices on WhatsApp, connect in one of two ways:

  • One-click (Embedded Signup) — connect your WhatsApp Business account through Meta’s guided flow.
  • Manual — enter your WhatsApp Cloud API details yourself and send a test message to confirm.

Note

Until you connect a number, the per-row WhatsApp Send buttons on Sales and Purchases are disabled. Sign-up verification and some alerts can still use SunarOne’s own number.

What you can send

  • Invoices to customers — from the POS receipt or the Sales table. The customer gets a clean, view-only bill link.
  • Purchase orders to suppliers — from a PO.
  • Payment reminders to customers with overdue balances.

Owner alerts

Set your WhatsApp number to receive proactive alerts, such as a nightly low-stock digest and an overdue-payments digest. These are sent once per day and won’t spam you with duplicates.

Ask over WhatsApp too

You can message SunarOne’s number and ask about your business (stock, sales) right in WhatsApp — the same AI assistant, in your chat app.
