Who can use thisOwnerManagerInventory staff

Inventory is your product catalog and live stock. It’s built to stay fast even with tens of thousands of products — search, filter, sort and paging all happen on the server.

Add one product

  1. Click + Add product.
  2. Fill in the name, SKU, selling and cost prices, unit, and (for GST) the HSN code.
  3. Save.
HSN fills the GST rate for you

When you enter an HSN code, SunarOne tries to fill the GST rate automatically. You can always change it.

Import your whole catalog (migration)

Moving from another system? Import in bulk:

  1. Click ⬆ Import CSV and download the template.
  2. Fill it in (export from Excel as CSV) and upload it.
  3. Review the preview — how many rows are ready and which were skipped — then confirm.

Rows with a SKU you already have are skipped, so you can safely re-upload after fixing a few rows. Large files import in chunks.

Adjust stock

  • Quick adjust: click the stock number in the table, type the new on-hand quantity, and press Enter.
  • Detailed adjust: click Adjust to add or remove stock with a reason, or to receive a batch (with an expiry date) for batch-tracked items. A built-in unit converter lets you enter quantities in kg/g/lb or cm/inch/m.

Stock is always traceable

Stock counts are derived from movement records, so every change has a history. To change a count, use Adjust (not Edit) — editing a product changes its details, never its stock.

Edit or remove

  • Edit fixes the name, prices, HSN, unit, etc.
  • Delete removes a product from your catalog but keeps its past sales and stock history for your records.
