The Customers page is your ledger of who owes you what, and the place to collect payments and send reminders.
The customer list
Search by name, phone, email or GSTIN. Each customer shows their outstanding balance. Add a customer here, or quick-add one during a sale at the POS.

Account statement
Open a customer to see their statement — a running-balance ledger of every sale (debit), payment and return (credit), plus a list of their open invoices. Click any ledger row to open that invoice.

You can Print or Download the statement as a PDF to hand or send to the customer.
Receive a payment
When a customer pays down what they owe:
- Click Receive payment (on the row or in the statement).
- Enter how much they paid. Use Fill to spread it across their oldest open invoices, or type an amount against each invoice yourself.
- Optionally set the date (for a payment received earlier) and a note, then confirm.
Each collection is recorded as a receipt that can be printed, and each invoice’s paid amount and status update automatically. Partial payments and installments are just smaller receipts — collect again next time they visit.

Reminders & chasing overdue dues
- Send a customer a WhatsApp payment reminder (from your shop’s own number).
- The overdue view highlights customers past their due date so you can chase them, with a one-tap “Pay full balance” and a printable receipt.

Credit sales only work when the sale has a customer attached. Attach or quick-add the customer at the POS before choosing “on credit”.
